Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the seasonal rental of the furnished apartment named "Appartement Panorama Mont-Blanc", located in Saint-Gervais (74170), Haute-Savoie, France. Any booking implies full and entire acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed after receipt of payment via our secure online payment system (Stripe). Payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking.

Displayed rates are in euros incl. tax and include: accommodation, household linen, cleaning fee (80 €) and tourist tax (1.65€ per person per night).

3. Security deposit

A deposit of €300 is pre-authorised by card imprint upon handover of the keys. It is not charged. It is released within 48 hours after departure, unless damage is found. In case of damage, the amount will be captured and additional billing may be issued if the damage exceeds €300.

4. Cancellation by the tenant

• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund of amounts paid.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total stay amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to ayannporta@hotmail.fr.

5. Cancellation by the owner

In case of exceptional cancellation by the owner (force majeure, damage), the tenant will be refunded all amounts paid within 5 business days.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival is scheduled from 4:00 pm on the first day of the stay. Departure must be completed before 10:00 am on the last day. Different times may be granted subject to availability and prior agreement of the owner.

7. Tenant obligations

The tenant undertakes to:

• Occupy the accommodation responsibly and not exceed the maximum capacity of 2 people.
• Not smoke inside the accommodation.
• Not organise parties or noisy gatherings.
• Respect the co-ownership rules and the peace of the neighbours.
• Immediately report any damage or technical problem to the owner.
• Return the keys in person and leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

8. Pets

Small pets (under 10 kg) are accepted with a supplement of €15 per night, subject to prior declaration at booking.

9. Liability

The owner cannot be held liable for damage resulting from force majeure, fault of the tenant or a third party. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused to the accommodation and its equipment.

10. Disputes

In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts of the Annecy (74) jurisdiction will be seized. French law applies.
